How to get started: It’s so easy! Just email us and we will contact you with further details. You will be asked to supply us with several photographs of your room from different angles so we can get an idea of what your room looks like, you will need to send all your room and furniture measurements so we can make a drawing (to scale) of your room. We will then take a week or so to create a fabulous, designer room layout plan just for you! After you get a chance to test out the plan we will provide you with up to 3 weeks of additional support via email to allow us time to bounce any new ideas back and forth to each other if needed. About Payment: Total cost is $150.00. After we confirm receipt of all your room information we will request a down payment ($75.00). We accept all major credit cards which we process through our PayPal Secure Online Payment Gateway. When we receive your payment the work will begin on your room plans. When they are complete we will request the final payment of $75.00. Your room plan will be emailed to you following receipt of final payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE REDESIGN: The client agrees to make a $75.00 down payment before work begins and the final $75.00 payment prior to the plans being received. Once these terms are agreed upon and the down payment is received then work will begin. Cancellations: understandably if for any reason a client wants to cancel they can do so, but there is a $75.00 non-refundable cancellation fee to cover any work already in progress.
